The CAM-Unity Connection newsletter is your connection to happenings in our residential communities. Whether you are new to campus or returning to our communities, we want to continue keeping you informed as part of our Ramily.

• The first National Residence Hall Honorary (NRHH) meeting is Wednesday, August 30th in Durrell A/B.

Are you feeling overwhelmed? Need to get a handle on your stress? This 4-session workshop will cover 10 mindfulness practices to support your well-being

Mindfulness is a way to train ourselves to be in the present moment with awareness, acceptance, and self-compassion.

Practicing mindfulness can help us cope with difficult experiences, cultirave meaning, and boost positive emotions. 

This is a four session weekly event that takes place at the CSUHN or on Zoom.  Registration is required and space is limited so sign up now! 

Our annual Eco Action's campaign is now live!  Anytime in the next five weeks pledge online to engage in certain "eco actins", to gain points to earn prizes or forgo a prize altogether and choose to plant trees.  You even get points for eco actions you already participate in! 

Prizes include sporks, bamboo toothbrushes, recycled bike tube pouch, organize cotton t-shirt, cotton bags, or wool dryer balls. 

In Fall of 2022, 1,000 resident sin CSU residence halls and apartments participated in the Eco Actions campaign.  That's 1 out of every 6 on-campus residents pledging to live more sustainbly!
