Colorado State University’s 36th Housing Fair, and first ever Virtual Housing Fair, will take place on February 3rd, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM at rentalsearch.colostate.edu. The Housing Fair brings together property management companies, landlords, realtors, other community resources, and Colorado State University offices to inform students about their housing options and how to successfully live off campus.
Now that you’re back for the spring semester, it’s time to start thinking about your housing plans for the 2021-2022 school year. We know this year has been challenging, and we hope you enjoyed living with us! The Fort Collins community offers many housing options, and among those, we want to encourage you to consider living on campus in the residence halls again next year.
Return to the halls next year to maintain the many benefits of living on campus. Higher average GPAs, living minutes from class, access to premium room options, and having a built-in support network – these are just some of the reasons that more and more students are choosing to live on campus beyond their first year.
The application is now open. You can submit your Returning Student Housing Application and have first pick of residence hall rooms, including premium spaces specifically for returning students in Laurel Village Alpine, Aspen Hall, Parmelee 4th floor lofts, single rooms, and Summit Hall’s all gender & open housing community. Besides self-selecting your room, returning residents have access to the U Meal Plan (5 meals per week, 20 bonus meals, and $150 RamCash) as well as the standard 10, 14, and 21 meal plans. Apply by the deadline of March 31 to be entered to win the grand prize of free room & board for the 2021-2022 school year. Plus, students who live in the halls for at least two years receive priority consideration on their application for the Aggie Village Apartments for their third year and beyond.
